Watts Group Offices
We are proud to offer three office locations across Coralville and Cedar Rapids. Each of these offices are open to walk-ins every Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Locations
Main Office
Our main office is located in NE side of Coralville near the intersection of E Oakdale Blvd and Dubuque St NE. This is the main leasing office for Watts Group rental properties as well as the home to our construction and administrative teams. The building is shared with law firm of Pugh Hagan Prahm, which is located on the second floor.

Real Estate Office
Our Real Estate office is located at Old Town in Coralville and is home to Watts Group's team Realtors®. Whether you're looking to sell your home, buy a new home, or learn more about our new construction communities, the Watts Group Real Estate office is open to walk-ins and ready to help. This space is also home to the studio for the Watts Happening Podcast.

Cedar Rapids Office
Our Cedar Rapids office is located in the heart of the NewBo district adjacent to Brewhemia and below the Olympic South Side Theater. This office is Watts Group's newest location and is the base of operations for our Cedar Rapids projects, such as the NewBo Lofts Apartments and Douglas on First.
