We wanted to extend our sincerest thank you to everyone at Watts who had a hand in building our home.

Almost one year ago today, we put an offer on a home but had it fall through on the sellers’ end a few days before closing. We then tortured our poor real estate agent by having her show us dozens of houses, all of which fell short of the house we had planned to buy. Luckily a friend mentioned that some lots had opened up near her home in Coralville. I had our first home built and it was a surprisingly easy process so we thought we’d investigate the option.

Overall, working with the Watts Group has been a good experience for me. I relocated back to my home state 7 months ago and it was a stressful time for me to say the least. I moved into Montclair II in July 2013, very soon after the building construction was completed. All in all living here has been a pleasure.

The garage on ground floor is spacious, well lighted, and accessible by stairs or elevator. My car is well protected and there is room for my bicycles and a work bench in my car space.

The appliances in the apartment, being new, have been excellent. When the washing machine failed because of a failure in its computer network, Watts Group promptly replaced it with a new machine. All other appliances have performed perfectly.

The interface with management has been pleasant and totally free of conflict. The 3rd floor exercise room provides an exercycle, a treadmill and an elliptical, which I use when inclement weather prohibits my bicycling.

I am now in my fifth year of residence and I remain entirely happy with Montclair II as my residence.
